What we do

Discovery

Before we design a solution, we need to understand the problems to be solved. That means learning about:

your users and what they need to achieve
any constraints we’d face - for example because of technology or legislation
opportunities to improve existing solutions

Alpha

Alpha is when we try out different solutions to the problems we learnt about during discovery. We spend alpha building prototypes and testing different ideas.
We are not afraid to challenge the way things are currently: this is a chance to explore new approaches.
